Lauren is the heart of humanStreams coaching, embodying the humanistic philosophy that shapes humanStreams. She brings empathy, acceptance and understanding needed to deeply support others. Lauren also has the keen insight and intelligence to creatively solve problems in ways that are unique to the individual. In her role, she not only supports people directly but also leads the development of the humanStreams coaching platform, innovating frameworks, tools and principles that shape the future of mental health support.

Lauren has 10 years of experience coaching for top innovators in digital health and academia, including Omada, Modern Health and Stanford. She has a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Michigan, received coach training at the Co-Active Training Institute, is credentialed through the International Coaching Federation, and has been trained in mental health coaching.
